Where is the mobile order pick-up location for Marsh?

Pick up location is at the cashier station at Marsh.

What do I need to do in order to pick up my meal?

Head to the Marsh Dining cashier station to pick-up your order. It will have your ticket with your name on it. Show the cashier your receipt on the app.

When will I be able to mobile order at North Campus Café? What items can I order from there?

We are currently still working on mobile ordering for North Campus Café. Expect mobile ordering to go live in early 2026. You will be able to order any item normally offered from SubHub & Serrano.

Can I use a meal swipe as payment? What about Dining Dollars, ClipperCash, or a credit card?

No. A meal swipe is not a valid form of payment for mobile ordering as this is a retail program. You can absolutely use your Dining Dollars, ClipperCash, Apple Pay/GPay & Credit Card as a form of payment.

This program was highly requested by students who wanted more grab & go options so they could get something to eat while on the way to class. You asked, we listened & we are so excited to finally bring mobile ordering to SSU!

What if I have an issue or I'm not satisfied with my order?

Tap the three lines icon (also known as a "burger icon") on the bottom right of the app then hit support. You will be lead to a direct chat box with our Food Service Manager. She will reach out to you within 24 hours of your message & will be able to assist with refunds & any other issues you might be having.
For immediate assistance, please remain in Marsh Dining & ask for a supervisor on duty.

The dining program at North is complete with signature brands and a wide variety of menu selections to satisfy everyone’s appetite.

For all your breakfast needs we have Rise, Sizzle and SubHub to choose from. Traditional breakfast featuring eggs, potatoes and breakfast meats, made to order breakfast sandwiches, and made to order omelets are available daily. Rounding out your breakfast selections are a fresh fruit and yogurt bar, seasonal hand fruit, freshly made waffles with assorted toppings, bagels, muffins, toast, and in-house baked breakfast sweets. We are proud to offer in-house fresh baked bread daily!

For dinner, enjoy different cuisines each week at our Savory station. From cultural celebrations to classic favorites, North Campus Café will always be serving up something fresh and unique...made specially for you!

• SUBHUB: How would you like your sandwich? All sandwiches are made to order however you choose! SubHub also offers make your own breakfast sandwiches during breakfast hours.
• SERRANO: Bowls, Wraps & Tacos! Made to Order. Mix your favorite topping over 2 types of rice, beans, and plenty of tomato mixes. Also, a vegetarian selection of mixed roasted vegetables.
• CHILLY ZONE: Create your own sundae, cone, or grab Chilly Bite Novelty treats.
• MIX: Freshly cut fruit daily to add into a salad or breakfast yogurt during breakfast. Salad bar filled with greens, fresh cut veggies, grains, beans, dressings & more during lunch and dinner.
• SIZZLE: Serving up classic comfort foods like chicken wings, chicken tenders, grilled chicken, fries, burgers, and chicken nuggets.
• GROWN - Our 100% all-vegan station!
• SPOONFUL: Assorted soups. Waffle bar open all day.
• BLISS: Baker’s daily selection of assorted pastries, locally baked bagels, English muffins and bread with morning toppings including whipped regular and flavored cream cheese, peanut butter, jelly & butter.
• SIMPLE ZONE: Stocked with gluten-free breads, rolls, muffins and toppings. Please let our chef know of your food allergy.
• BOWLZ: Steamed Jasmine Rice, choice of toppings & sauces. Available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
