What do I need to do in order to pick up my meal?

When will I be able to mobile order at North Campus Café? What items can I order from there?
Click Enter to see the detailsWe are currently still working on mobile ordering for North Campus Café. Expect mobile ordering to go live in early 2026. You will be able to order any item normally offered from SubHub & Serrano.
Can I use a meal swipe as payment? What about Dining Dollars, ClipperCash, or a credit card?
Click Enter to see the detailsNo. A meal swipe is not a valid form of payment for mobile ordering as this is a retail program. You can absolutely use your Dining Dollars, ClipperCash, Apple Pay/GPay & Credit Card as a form of payment.
This program was highly requested by students who wanted more grab & go options so they could get something to eat while on the way to class. You asked, we listened & we are so excited to finally bring mobile ordering to SSU!
What if I have an issue or I'm not satisfied with my order?

You will be lead to a direct chat box with our Food Service Manager. She will reach out to you within 24 hours of your message & will be able to assist with refunds & any other issues you might be having.
