Where is the mobile order pick-up location for Marsh?

Pick up location is at the cashier station at Marsh.

What do I need to do in order to pick up my meal?

Head to the Marsh Dining cashier station to pick-up your order. It will have your ticket with your name on it. Show the cashier your receipt on the app.

When will I be able to mobile order at North Campus Café? What items can I order from there?

We are currently still working on mobile ordering for North Campus Café. Expect mobile ordering to go live in early 2026. You will be able to order any item normally offered from SubHub & Serrano.

Can I use a meal swipe as payment? What about Dining Dollars, ClipperCash, or a credit card?

No. A meal swipe is not a valid form of payment for mobile ordering as this is a retail program. You can absolutely use your Dining Dollars, ClipperCash, Apple Pay/GPay & Credit Card as a form of payment.

This program was highly requested by students who wanted more grab & go options so they could get something to eat while on the way to class. You asked, we listened & we are so excited to finally bring mobile ordering to SSU!

What if I have an issue or I'm not satisfied with my order?

Tap the three lines icon (also known as a "burger icon") on the bottom right of the app then hit support. You will be lead to a direct chat box with our Food Service Manager. She will reach out to you within 24 hours of your message & will be able to assist with refunds & any other issues you might be having.

For immediate assistance, please remain in Marsh Dining & ask for a supervisor on duty.

Spring Menu Offerings

We are proud to offer a dining program complete with signature brands and a wide variety of menu selections. Just feast your eyes on what we have available! Our assortment of fresh food is designed to satisfy everyone’s appetite and rival your favorite restaurant.

For all your breakfast needs we have Rise, Sizzle and Showcase to choose from. Traditional breakfast featuring eggs, potatoes and breakfast meats, breakfast sandwiches, and made-to-order omelets are available daily. Rounding out your breakfast selections, you can also find seasonal fresh hand cut fruit and a yogurt bar with toppings. Create your own fresh waffles with assorted toppings, bagels, muffins, toast and in-house baked breakfast sweets.

Here is a taste of other selections you will find for lunch, dinner, and late night:

• UCOOK: Make your favorite meals anytime with our new UCOOK station. We have supplied all the cookware & ingredients you need to make your own unique dishes.
• SIZZLE: Traditional grill including favorites such as burgers, chicken tenders, grilled cheese and quesadilla’s. Round out your plate with fries or onion rings.
• SAVORY: Standard favorites that remind you of home. Selections include Mac and Cheese, Baked Chicken, New England style Fish Dinner, and Shrimp and Grits, to name a few.
• SHOWCASE: Meals inspired by the global flavors of Asia, South America, Latin America, Africa and many more. Open mornings for made to order omelets.
• SLICES: Featuring a local favorite Sal’s Pizza, it’s the fresh made dough and proprietary sauce that make this a standout. Rounding out this station in a rotating selection of pasta and sauces.
• BOWLZ: Steamed jasmine rice, choice of toppings & sauces. Available all day!
• GROWN: Our 100% all-vegan station.
• STACKED: How would you like that sandwich? However you want, as our self-serve deli let’s you build your sandwich exactly to your liking. Including a wide variety of breads and wraps, sandwiches can be made cold or pressed on a panini grill.
• SIMPLE ZONE: Stocked with gluten-free breads, rolls, muffins and toppings. Guests may also visit Showcase for made-to-order eggs & omelets. Please let our chef know of your food allergy.
• SMOOTHIE BAR: Create and build your own smoothie with a provided suggestive menu.
• BLISS: Baker’s daily selection of assorted pastries & cookies, ice cream, locally baked bagels, English muffins and bread with morning toppings including whipped regular and flavored cream cheese, peanut butter, jelly & butter.
• SIPS: Variety of juice, milk, fruit-infused water, soft drinks, hot chocolate and freshly-brewed coffee and hot tea. Smoothie bar open all day.
• MIX: Freshly chopped greens and veggies, a selection of cheese, grains, beans, composed salads, toppings, dressings and more.
